1. By purchasing artwork from YDE Digital Art, you are agreeing to use the artwork purchased only for personal use and not for commercial purposes.

2. YDE Digital Art retains all copyright and ownership of the artwork purchased.

​

3. Purchaser is not permitted to reproduce, sell, or otherwise distribute the artwork in any way.

​

4. Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold YDE Digital Art harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of the purchaser’s use of the artwork.

​

5. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason, with the exception of damaged orders. All refunds are subject to approval. Buyers are responsible for thoroughly inspecting the outside of delivered packages and should not sign for the delivery should there be any damage. Refunds will not be accepted should a buyer sign for an order with visible damage to the packaging.

Shipping Policy

 

Depending on the volume of orders, some orders may take longer to ship out. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped out within 7-14 business days. Tracking information will be sent to the email address used for placing the order once the order has shipped. If you do not receive your order within three weeks, please contact us.

 

Buyers are responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning a damaged item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Contact Us If you have any questions on how to return your item to us, contact us at

Damaged Artwork Return Policy

​

YDE Digital Art offers a 48 hour refund and return policy for buyers of damaged artwork. In the event that a buyer receives damaged artwork, the buyer should contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving the damaged artwork with digital images of the damage. We will then endeavor to replace the order. If we find that artwork has been damaged in transit and are unable to replace the order, we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork.
